Whilst we will endeavour to provide the series classes in accordance with our promotional materials, we reserve the right to make variations to the classes.

What’s not included:
Prices do not include travel to/from the venues, nor does it include food and beverage during the classes.

Health & Safety:
We recommend wearing sensible clothing and comfortable walking shoes. For outdoor classes, participants should be prepared for different weather conditions.

Liability:
Mums And The City will not be responsible for, or have any liability to you for:
• accidental damage or injury resulting from the actions or omissions of anyone attending the classes;
• any loss of income or revenue, loss of profits or contracts; or
• any indirect or consequential loss or damage that you may suffer as a result of our breach of contract or negligence.
This does not exclude or limit in any way our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any matter which it would be illegal for us to exclude our liability.

Payment:
All payments should be made in full at the time of booking. We do not take provisional bookings and cannot confirm your place on a series until we receive full payment. Payment must be for the full series, even if one or more of the classes will not be attended. In the interest you forming relationships with other participants, we do not accept registration for part of a series (i.e. you may only book for the full series, not select classes of the series).
We accept Paypal, Mastercard/Visa Credit Cards and Switch/Solo/Maestro Cards.
